Processing Times

All of our awesome products are handcrafted and made to order in small batches. We will always do our best to get it out ASAP so you can enjoy your items.

Candles & Wax melts

Production/processing times are 5-7 business days. 

Bath & Body 

Production/processing times are 4-5 business days.

Other items are shipped within 3-5 business days. To get the most up to date changes, please subscribe to our newsletter. As always, we will do our best to get the hand crafted items out ASAP. 

Commission orders - Depending on the item, commission can be 1-3 weeks processing time. 

 

Shipping Carriers

There will be times where we have no control over carrier delays. During these COVID/pandemic times, we have to expect there will be unforeseen delays from the carrier. If there is a problem or issue due to shipping, contact us so we can help understand where your items are.    

Shipping is free on orders $50+ 

We use USPS first class shipping. You will be sent a tracking number when your order is shipped. If there is another method of shipment you would like to use, please feel free to contact us and we will do our absolute best to accommodate your needs.

Keep in mind we have no control over the package once it leaves our hands. If there are any issues with shipping after carrier handoff, let us know and we will do our best to assist in getting your order to you. 

Shipping Notifications

Once you place your order, an email confirmation will be delivered to your inbox after the order is successfully submitted. When your handmade items are shipped out, another notification will arrive in a second email with package tracking information.
